Poor Workmanship

I had my 2003 Toyota Corolla in for service, on Nov 14/17. Again, I had spent a good deal of money for poor results. The mechanic/technician did not bother to refasten the undercarriage plastic shrouding,that protects the bottom of the engine and chasis from road debris and such. I had to refasten the shrouding myself,on my day off,while laying outside in my driveway in the cold. I did not bother to call the service manager at Red Hill Toyota, because in the past when there were issues they were never addressed and or resolved.The only reason that I take my Corolla to Redhill Toyota for service, is due to its proximity to my home.
