I have never been treated as unprofessionally from a company as I have at Dialtax, specifically from the head accountant at this firm.
After I asked for certain expenses be included, he decided he needed to take the time to write an email devoted to
a) point out that I was not a trained professional, b) provide me with links to articles stating "I wrote them personally because most people are just " Pennies wise and Pound foolish" b) criticize Chinese people for doing everything themselves, and c) that whether I agreed or not, he had to say that I lost a lot of money by filing previous returns myself.
It was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. That's just one incidence. Stay away from this place - I unfortunately paid upfront. Don't make the same mistake.
