My advice is COUNT YOUR CHICKEN PIECES!! Our family have been going to this location on Henderson Hwy for over 20 years and never had any complaints. The last 2 months we have ordered the 8 piece chicken and both times we received only 7 pieces of chicken! The first time we called to complain the comment made was come back to get another piece. REALLY???? This time when we phoned the Henderson location to tell them we were once again shorted a piece of chicken they said" yeah okay come back for the piece you were shorted" REALLY? No apology? We told them this is the second time this has happened when we ordered the 8 piece special. They replied " well come back for two pieces then. We then asked for the manager and the reply was "I am the night manager and nothing I can do" I can't believe the lack of customer service! We then said we will be writing a review and the reply we got was "go ahead we won't lose any customers! I can't believe how this restaurant is being run!
