- Ordered a new iphone form Apple - Apple shipped to the wrong address (they got one digit wrong) - Puralator driver couldnt find our house (cause the address doenst exist) - Rather than phone us, or look in the phone book, they returned it to the Nanaimo depot (we are in Cumberland) - It sat there for a week. Nobody tried contacting us - We finally checked the tracking status, to see that it said "attempting to find address" (we are listed in the phone book, would have been EASY to find the correct address) - We called, and that day they were going to ship it back to Apple!! Now they are holding it - They would not do a change of address. They are telling us WE must drive to Nanaimo (about an hour away) and pick it up at their depot - They would NOT tell us where the depot is!!! We are waiting for a call from someone to tell us when and where to pick it up. - WTF? Just tell us where our package is!
