I recently just had my puppy spayed here. Yes their prices are cheap, but so too was their attention to not cause undue suffering. The front desk staff were nice and quick to correct mistakes in the recap of how I should monitor her at home. The shock came right when she got home and laid down. I saw that two of her claws, on one leg, were cut brutally short and there was dried brown blood on the other leg that should have been cleaned. Had she been difficult to the staff patience should have been given rather than rushing the job and injuring my puppy.
I'm now worried about the care given to the rest of her operation...
I will not return and will certainly advise others not to go either.
