CashOne is a very frustrating company to deal with. They take between 2 days to 1 week to reply back to emails, there's no phone number where you can reach a live person. They debit your account without notifying you first, so if you don't have money in there then you're gonna be charged an NSF by CashOne as well as your bank. After taking their payment out of my account which was all fine, the money was there, 1 week later they decide to debit my account again for interest charges, without letting me know. There wasn't enough in my account to cover the interest. So for a $46 interest charge, I ended up paying close to $100 with all the NSF's. And in BC the max any company is allowed to charge is 23% on the initial loan, CashOne charged me 32%. I guess I should've read the fine print and asked more questions but usually a payday loan is a last resort out of desperation because people need money and these companies know that.
