Truly one of the best customer service experience i've ever had! Very polite, prompt and professional. I needed them for an emergency, and although they were booked, they managed to squeeze my job in their schedule without charging me extra. They arrived on time, as promised, and cleaned my carpet thoroughly. Although I called and thanked the owner, Danny, personally, I decided to post this review as a token of appreciation for a job well done, but mostly for their extraordinary customer service. I'm sure that they are other good companies out there, but as far as i'm concerned, they are my first choice from now on. :-)
