This building has serious managing problems, it is very cold and they resist to turn on the heating, the windows are kind of blocked by a problem in the glass, they just say they will change the windows which seems never will happen. There are tiny little bit creatures walking on the floor around the sink which I do not know what they are and could not kill them with any pesticide.
The tools inside the apartments are very old and sometimes disgusting as if they never renew anything in these apartments. for every thing you have to call the manager several times until maybe it is done! most of the time he just calmly says yes to everything but changes never happen!!!
