NEVER AGAIN!!!
I experienced terrible service at the Abbotsford BC Hertz Car Rental on South Fraser Way. I had a claim with icbc and they were paying for my rental, but when I went to bring the car back I had a bill that was almost 400.00 dollars! They had charged me for extra insurance coverage that I apparently knew about and it was payable to me not icbc! The man I dealt with certainly did not explain this to me clearly, I could hardly understand what he was saying the entire time I was setting up my rental. He was not speaking clear english and I was under the impression icbc was paying for my entire rental , which they said they would. I was furious ! Told them I am NOT paying that since I was absolutely not aware of it! I spoke to the manager giving her an ear full and she was arguing with me saying she trains her employees well..bla bla bla! All she said she could do was send in a request to get a 100 bucks off my bill. So the manager sent in the request and said she would call me to let me know if it goes through and when I can come in and pay. She did not get back to me! Then saw my credit card was charged without my knowledge and still had to pay 300.00 dollars!.. Im disgusted with the experience I had with them! Also disappointed in icbc for recommending them to me. Very unsatisfied!
