Fancy Sox' conception of customer...
After paying $40 for leotards/tights that ran the first time I wore them, I asked for a refund. Person describing herself as the owner accused me of not being careful with them and putting my nail through them; said that the fact that I was raising my voice meant that I was "guilty". Owner walked away from cash and refused to transact a refund or credit for 10 minutes. Finally permitted me to choose merchandize in lieu.

the manager herself tries on items, and puts them back if she decided she does not like them (UNSANITARY!!) and will also put back returned items with defects, for re-sale! . she also an extremely racist woman toward people of asian backgrounds, forcing her staff to "watch them, theyre sneaky and steal everything"
After providing an estimate and agreeing to do the work within 2 weeks, I was asked to call back week after week for about 3 months. The work was never completed and I had to start over, after waiting, by finding another company. If you don't want to waste your time and energy, go elsehwere
