The salon is not worth a visit, trust me. Ridiculously overpriced for so-so stylists. In a town full of salons you would think they'd either have higher standards or fairer prices, but not so. To be blunt, the salon is a ripoff. Now on to the spa side... Lovely. It may lack ambience and space (very cramped waiting area and changing/shower room) but I have always been happy with the services. Massage services are wonderful as well as facials and waxing services. I have never had a mani or pedi here as I am not interested in sitting within a noisy hair salon while trying to relax. Big mistake thinking that putting pedi stations inside the salon was a good idea. Terrible.
