Our front steps were loose and with the winter weather approaching us, we needed to address the issue as fast as possible.
The crew responded quickly and gave a professional assessment of the work needed to repair the damaged steps. He gave a very honest opinion on what work was required (replacing the treads) versus not having to (no need to replace the entire front steps and brick foundation). We were provided with a very reasonable quote. They were able to pencil us in right away, even though it was one of the coldest days of the week! The steps look beautiful and we trust it will hold against the nasty weather because the work is superb.
I would definitely hire Sam and Crew again if there's anything we could use them for in the future!
