We had a very bad experience with Paradise Toronto Livery Inc., as the air conditioner was not working in the bus and I rented it for a wedding party in the month of July with the promise of air conditioner. It had to stop twice to let the guests out to breathe. I cancelled the school bus after realizing it had no air conditioner and rented this one but it had the same fate. The advantage of the school bus would have been its windows which this bus was lacking. So we were almost suffocating in it. At the end of the party, I could not get a hold of the bus driver to come and get us. So we stayed in the street for a good an hour before it showed up. I hope nothing but improvement in their services.
