The nearby hotel told me this Wendys was nearby so l went over at 10:30pm and ordered a Cheeseburger meal at their Drive Thru.
The bun was stale, the cheese ice cold and the burger was DRY and COLD and so were the French Fries.
I asked if l could please have a HOT burger & Fries and the night manager came to the window and rudely said 'Whats your problem?' I said 'My problem is l just paid you $8.00 for a meal and it isn't even luke warm.'
The manager snapped " Well thats as warm as it gets, sorry.'
I was stunned as l have NEVER had Wendys food served to me like that and then said ' Well if you can't give me edible food then gimme my money back and l'll go somewhere that can!.' She reluctantly and rudely gave me my money and off l went into the night looking for HOT or at least WARM...food.
McDonalds got my business that night and l will NEVER go to Wendys again.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...They DON'T deserve your business and frankly...they don't even care!
