Not satisfied with service

I had written this review to the location directly and they didn’t reply or even acknowledge that it was sent to them. If they had, the review that I am writing on here may have been more positive. Additionally, they can send me 3 emails asking me to review them on social media. So, this is the review they will get from a very unhappy, unsatisfied customer.

I have been to this location several times now, and have always been pleased with the service from the moment I walk in the door until when I leave. I always also feel amazing after having a massage. Unfortunately this was not the case on Wednesday, Aug 31.

- While I was in my massage, someone called me to tell me I was 15 minutes late for it and did I still plan on attending. I found this very weird because not only did I check in, but I also had to fill out paperwork because it was my first prenatal massage.

- My prenatal massage was definitely not up to my expectation. When meeting with the therapist prior to him starting, I complained about neck and back pain. To be honest, if I had to describe my massage it would be a glorified back rub with some pressure points. The pressure that the guy was giving was ok, but very inconsistent. And I felt that he didn't pay attention to my problem areas as I had pointed out at the beginning - but he put a lot of pressure in my arms (I had bruises on Thursday from it). Things felt ok as I was getting the massage, but at the end when I am sitting up and getting ready to leave, not one ounce of me felt better. I felt relaxed, that was about it.

To be honest, I feel like it was a waste of $100 last night and I wouldn't return back for another service based on this experience. My husband won’t return either.
