The service is so slow no matter what time of day your at this location. It takes forever just to get 2 coffees, they stand there talking instead of doing their job. The manager is nasty to the employees in front of customers. Has snapped at me before if I ask to have my coffee card stamped. You new Mc Lobster is very blah,no taste to it & I had parts of the shell in mine, I choked on it. Glad I wasn't feeding it to a child. Way to pricey for what you get. The staff doesn't have a clue what they are doing at this location I ordered a coffee and pop one day, I told them I had a free coffee on my card. Get to the window, the kid couldn't figure out he owed me $3.85 change and neither could the manager so they just gave it to me free. If they paid a decent wage and could get employees that enjoyed their jobs it would make most fast food places better to visit. There was one young lady on the window every morning that had it together all the time at this location but is now on over nights. A friend had to wait for two coffees the other day, was asked to pull ahead, when they came out he asked for a tray the kid ripped his head off about it. I love the coffee better than anywhere else but the service it HORRIBLE.
