TERRIBLE SERVICE AT KIDDIE KOBBLER...
On Dec 27th I had the unfortunate experience to deal with the OWNER of the Kiddie Kobbler Store in OAKVILLE Place Mall!!! I had purchased my 11year old daughter a pair of EMU moccasins for her Christmas present on OCT 30/11. I dont usually shop that early but I was told by a staff member in the store that there was 1 pair left and it was the last size 5 and they weren't going to be ordering anymore. So I followed her advise and purchased them that day. She knew they were for a Christmas present so I didnt worry about the 14 day return policy because any store will still allow returns later if it is for Christmas and still had all the tags on. Her feet must have grown and they didnt fit when she opened them on Christmas morning. We went back to the store to exchange the size and they were all too big. I asked for a refund because my daughter wanted moccasins and they didnt have any others. He told me he could only give me a store credit because nothing was written on my receipt that it was for Christmas. I told him the staff member knew because we had a full conversation about it!!! So because she made a mistake and didnt write on it, I was NOT ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!! He said we could come back in the spring to pick something else out, but I said she needs the new winter shoes now and we cant afford to pay more money. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! THANKS FOR LETTING DOWN MY DAUGHTER AND RUINING HER CHRISTMAS PRESENT!!!!
