WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
We purchased our RX350 back in 2012 and we regret it ever since we had our first oil change/service done at this location. The car was purchased in April 2012 and by the end of the month the molding around the front passenger window kept coming off and every time they tried fixing it, it would only stay in place for a week. I had more issues with the car and they never accepted responsibility and always tried to blame it on me. They switched me over to a new rep a while ago who is very rude, abrupt and disrespectful. Since I kept getting stressed out and left the dealership feeling disrespected every time I went with this guy, I asked the receptionists to leave a note on my file to go with someone else instead of him. But they never paid attention to the note and always kept booking my appointments with the same guy. That was the last strike for me so I asked to talk to their manager and I asked him to print out every service I had with them to see if they have always been fixing the rear or the rep was lying to me. Turns out since I was switched over to the new rep, they kept fixing the rear one but before that it was the front one. The manager promised me that they would take care of the molding with a new approach but the molding came off AGAIN. I’m so disappointed and sick and tired of going to their dealership. Every time they wash my car there are new scratches all over it and they never fix anything anyway. They have the worst customer service and simply do not resolve any problems. Their staff really need to be trained all over again and they need to hire people that actually CARE. They talk down to their customers, do not use common courtesies and to top it all they also feel like it is ok to raise their voice when talking to a customer.
