Upset and Furious
Salesman comes to your home jokes and says the right things to make you comfortable. Then comes the long sales pitches and then the bomb.The price is easy double than what you expected.After sighing and weeks later they call to tell you your furniture is apart and you need some extra items. Now price is easy tripled.Your fed up and tell them to forget it but unbeknownced to you there is a cancelation fee for about 25% of your bill.These people are rip off experts , beware and better yet stay away , you`ll sleep easier

I completely agree with your comments and they are 100% accurate. I worked for TMC for a short time span and I have never seen and heard so much BS in my life. The estimators are con-artists and make a lot of money by ripping their customers off. The quality of work is horrific and worse than if you were to buy it from a second hand shop!!! They strive on having better restoration and top quality like Ethan Allan and Deboers - trust me when I say this - DO and I repeat DO Not get a free estimate from them you will be sadly disappointed and robbed of your hard earned savings!!!
