Permanent makeup

I had permanent makeup applied to my eyebrows by Esther. She gave me a good feeling about her talent with permanent makeup however the finished result was a disaster and I am FOREVER disfigured. I had my brows done 4 years previous by another local salon. The color had changed over time and I wanted to have them darkened and more defined. She drew them on with pencil first but the lighting was poor and my skin was red from being rubbed from cleansing, appling pencil, removing and reapplying pencil to her satisfaction. The preliminary stencilling looked good to me so I agreed to go ahead BUT what I was NOT ABLE TO SEE until they healed was that she had made them higher than my original brow line and the finished result is two separate sets of brows!!! I spend so much time now appling concealer to coverup the botched job. I hate looking in the mirror and am sad that nothing can be done. I am more self conscious than I was with sparse brows before. I believe that if I had gone to her first I would be thrilled with my new brows but instead she gave me a second set of brows. She should have told me she couldn't do the job without the old ones showing up below the new one, resulting in two distinctly different sets of eyebrows. I think she is a good artist but used poor judgement in my situation.
