Surprisingly awesome!
This is my first storage experience, and Sentinel Storage proprietors Laurie and Gary (Calgary Glenmore) have been great.
From my first phone call, and every contact thereafter, they have been considerate, professional and helpful.
From the well trimmed lawn, flowered pots, and recent paint job (see photo), it is evident how much they care about their business, and the well-being of their customers – and customers’ possessions.
Located a stone’s throw from the Heritage Costco, Superstore, Ikea and Best Buy, the Calgary Glenmore location is extremely convenient to piggy back one’s shopping, and can be accessed from Blackfoot Trail, Deerfoot, Heritage Drive or Glenmore Trail. Access hours are from 6 am to 11 pm, and there are recycling and trash bins on the premises.
Many units have outside road access, but mine is an interior one. Despite heavy rains this summer, my unit has shown no leakage.
I wasn’t expecting the level of professionalism, care and consideration shown by Laurie and Gary: if you are considering any storage company, I would encourage you to at least connect with them before taking a decision.
