2 months waiting so far for a refund...

I have been waiting for a refund going on 2 months now.
I had unit (have moved to Maple Leaf which was $100 cheaper) and was owed for a smaller unit that I used for a couple of days before moving to a bigger unit. I was charged again for the second unit and was told I would get a credit on my second month of the bigger unit. I was charged the full amount for the second month. I called and someone said they would get back to me, which I haven't heard back. Head office said I would be getting a refund about a month ago.
Also, your pricing on your website seen to be $100 less then what the actual cost of the units are. 10 x 10 ended up costing close to $350. Maple Leaf is $235 and I get the second month free.
