Worst experience ever!!!! I go there asking for Samantha? Val? (I believe her name was) because of an online review I read about how great she was. Well, luckily she was at the front desk. She asked me if she knew me; I said no.....before I could mumble anything else, she looked at a male hairdresser and asked him to take me (as if she couldn't be bothered). Well that didn't start off well.
So, I asked this gentleman for a colour, cut & blowdry (I believe his name was Eli) mainly to cover up my grays. It was only after I left and went to the mall washroom that I noticed my grays were still there! I went back to tell him, but all he did was blame it on the "products I used in my hair before I got there" saying that the products didn't allow the colours to bind. I had put hairspray in my hair, that's all.
He told me there was only one thing he could do for me. He asked me to sit down....and one by one he CUT off the white hairs....CUT them, like with scissors. Yeah, never going there again.
