Disgusting Customer Service
I made an account on this website just to comment on the disgusting customer service. First of all, it is a Saturday afternoon at 2pm, and there are about 2 people working the floor, and 20 people in the store. I had to walk around the store about 9 times before I gave up thinking someone would come to me, and went to someone myself. The lady I went to was probably gave me the worst customer service I have ever gotten. I politely asked for a specific light bulb and she pointed at some man working and told me to go to him. After he got the light bulbs I asked for, (which I later realized were wrong) I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with this unpleasant customer service lady. I am not sure if they were completely disrespectful because I look a lot younger than I am, but I have never been treated like this before. She did not greet me, she threw a paper my way and said write your phone number. I gave it back to her, and as she was checking me out she was trying to make a sale with another person. She handed me my receipt, did not say thank you, did not say good bye, did not say have a nice day. Just handed it to me in silence, and I have never been more angry. How does someone like this get the job as cashier. For anyone going there, she was the asian lady, unfortunately the lady you will see the most in the store. I will NEVER return to this store, and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone.
