No stamp
We bough my engagement ring there because they are closing and it was a great price. I got it after they resized & appraised it, then shortly after wearing it for a while realized there was no stamp. We brought it back in and had to wait 2 weeks for them to re-stamp it. I was irritated but these things happen to I didn't make a big deal out of it. We went back a couple months later, they were suppose to close to we were suprized to see them still open. We are now planning the wedding so we went in to look at wedding bands & ended up finding them for both my fiancé & I. We paid for them and we joked to them "don't forget to stamp it!". They call us to let us know our rings are ready so today we went in today and the first thing I did was check for the stamp & NEITHER OF THEM HAD IT!!! I am fuming right now, so right away we bring them back & they proceed to say the jewler (owner) is on vaca for 2-3 so we would have to wait until he's back. I am absolutely shocked!!! What kind of jewellery store is giving out jewellery unstamped? We just had a baby and do not have money to waste so these rings are a BIG investment for us, we spent more then half our savings. Our rings will be the most expensive part of our wedding because they are the most important to us since they will be with us for a life time. I can't believe this! I am shocked by their lack of professionalism.
