purchase of new 2019 rav4 Trail edition

Experience has been great from start to finish . Jacky was patient with me as I decided on which brand of vehicle to purchase. He knows the product very well and answered all my questions quickly .
I am disappointed that Toyota , the company advertises a Rav 4 Trail Edition pulling a boat and trailer with full colour photos on their website yet they don't offer a trailer hitch for this vehicle . I am being patient and will wait until they eventually come up with the hitch but in the meantime I and many customers cannot tow boats , utility trailers etc . due to this very large oversight .
Once again my sales rep performed all his responsibilities extremely competently and I will be pleased to refer him to my friends and family .
