Arranged to have the owner/driver pick me and my wife up at the airport. The owner called our house waking up our children at 5:30AM saying we weren't answering our cell phone....our plane was not scheduled to arrive until 6:00AM. When we did finally meet up with him outside, he complained that the suit case was to large and had me place it the car. Told us we should not use such a suit case and continued on a tyrant the whole way before dropping us off at the top of our driveway....told us it was not part of the fair. The worst limo experience of my life and intimidating experience also. Stay clear of Crystal Limousine!!!!
