My mother and I recently purchased a 2012 Lexus CT200h. The overall experience at this dealership was pleasant and the sales representative was very helpful. We purchased the vehicle on July 24th (Tuesday) and picked up the car on July 28th (Saturday). My only concern was an incentive campaign for an ipad was scheduled to commence on Friday, July 27th that was to last for the weekend. This information was not communicated to me or my mother. After the car was purchased, we learned about the incentive and approached the internet sales rep who set up our appointment to inquire about the eligibility for this campaign. We were advised that we would not qualify for the incentive.

To me, this seems a bit unreasonable considering if this information had been provided upfront, we would have delayed the purchased.

I work in a service industry and would not treat current or potential clients in this manner.
