From the moment I walked into the office, I was treated with respect and understanding. The staff was very pleasant, and helpful. Since I have never done anything for myself before, I was very confused about the process. The staff explained everything to me, and put my mind at ease. They texted me, and called me on the phone to direct my pre -surgery. I was made comfortable on the day of my face lift, and they were as excited as I was. They again texted me and phoned me to follow-up on my post surgery. I have now booked my second procedure (lipo suction) and I'm looking forward to it!! I will ONLY go to Sono Bello for any future procedures!! I appreciated their truthfulness through it all. Their doctors were all polite, sincere and knowledgable, and explained the procedures thoroughly to me. My procedures were really good experiences.
