Excellent Customer Service Times Two
I can't say enough about the level of quality and overall customer service received by Wally Galas at his First Place Autobody Shop. I was first introduced to Wally by my youngest son Tom who had some work done to his Cadillac Escadale and suggested that for any body work to contact Wally. Well Tom was absolutely bang on as I took my 2011 Cadillac CTS over to Wally after noticing some cut marks on the front bumpier. Well it didn't take Wally much time at all to repair the damage and once done it looked brand new. I've since returned the CTS to the dealer and now have a 2015 ATS which recently received some damage on the passenger door driver's side. Unfortunately I had parked the car at a local shopping mall and returned to the vehicle only to find the owner of the SUV standing beside my car. It was avery windy day and unfortunately as she was trying to get her baby out of the car the door was caught by the wind and slammed into my car. Anyway no hesitation I told her that my auto body shop would take car of the damage and that it would be done quickly and with a reasonable cost. Well again Wally did his magic and the car looks fantastic. In closing I'd strongly recommend Wally Galas and his First Place Autobody to anyone needing to get quality work done at a very reasonable charge. Wally has extensive experience in the industry and exemplifies something that is unfortunately missing today at many businesses especially in the automobile industry as a whole or CUSTOMER SERVICE!
