Worst Customer Service ever experienced

My Crosstrek needs a new sensor as it keeps cutting out. I asked the customer service to assist me as I needed to attend an important meeting, and their response was to book the car in and the first available opening was in 2 weeks. I asked if I could leave the car for the day and they said that I could but they could not guarantee that they would be able to get to it on that day.
I called the manager to vent my disbelief of bad quality of customer care and he amplified my frustration by siding with his service department and said that all customers are treated equally no matter what. So if you have an emergency you will wait in line the same as a regular service !!! He was more proud of how full their service department was that solving the issue and his sarcasm just solidified that I will never put my foot in their door again.
