Tony provided us with a sound, unbiased, zero pressure shopping experience during arguably their busiest sale of the year - Boxing Week (which is actually in the new year). This was a welcome change as Caplans was our final stop for our appliance scavenger hunt and all of our prior stops at competitors' stores involved browsing around glitzy showrooms where prices aren't listed and pushy salesmen verbally give you "sale" prices which are actually every-day prices. The prices at Caplans, listed on every showroom piece, were unbeatable. Flat out unbeatable. After-sales communication was great - all the way to delivery day which was 8 months later, once we moved into our new home. That brings us to the delivery days - 2 separate days since our range was backordered and had to be shipped separately. The delivery crew was phenomenal. They navigated through some of our tight walkways extremely carefully and made sure there was no damage at all to our walls or floors. They were extremely polite and arrived when they said they would. The entire experience was 5 stars from beginning to end.
