Firstly, I always appreciate the fact that Ford advised me by mail, email and follow up when I make an appointment for any reason. Gives me the feeling that they aren't trying to hide from their mistakes. Secondly, I found out when I booked my recall for the block heater that they offer service on Saturday which was a great benefit for me. Thirdly, I appreciate getting an early appointment and being able to drop my truck off the night before. Fourthly (?) I got a call early in the day to ask if I wanted to proceed with front brake pads and rotors along with given different options and NO pressure which I agreed to. Fifth and finally, my truck was ready for pickup by 12:30.
Not to mention they offer a nice facility, with complimentary tea and coffee and nice washrooms to change into my biking gear.
