Owner ripped me off

I went to fresh laser several years until I was recently ripped off by the owner. We talked about pricing before doing laser work. Then when I went to pay it was an extra $100.00 for a laser treatment I never discussed prior when we talked about pricing.What a snake! And so unprofessional to do work on a client without consulting first.
