The repercussions of dropping this item has it's effects in several areas. 1. the staff gets fed up telling customers "No it's not on the menue","No, I don't know what the reason is", "Send an e-mail" 2. Ordering takes longer as now I'm not sure what to choose and spent 10 seconds to 30 seconds deciding, and then sometimes I change my mind (more time involved) and some times forget it (time and income loss) 3. There is one great benefit, I now go to Tim Horton's more often.
