This store is so crowded, people can't even move about. It always looks messy and dirty. What a difference after shopping at Baseline Road.

This is the clean Ottawa store! It's obvious that John, the manager really cares. Everything is neat, and for the most part, the staff are friendly and helpful.

This store is a total dump and I'm surprised it is allowed to operate. The washroom is filthy, without toilet paper, or paper towels. The manager is snarky, and tells off staff in front of customers. Baseline Road store is a pleasure, however to shop in. It is obvious that John, the manager really cares about his store. What a difference!
