Don't buy your glasses here!...
I bought my bifocals here. They made an error cutting the lens yet they sold me the glasses anyway, KNOWING I would only be able to see in the distance and completely UNABLE to read a newspaper or my computer screen. I returned 3 times to have them correct this problem and each time, the same girl would tell me "they just needed to be adjusted and they'll be fine".
On the 4TH RETURN VISIT I was lucky enough to arrive when someone who KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING was working. It took all of 2 minutes for Daniel to see that the lens had been incorrectly cut and that whoever cut them KNEW this! Hakim took my money and sent me home with them KNOWING I would be able to see just fine in the distance, but UNABLE to read a newspaper or my computer screen with these glasses. It's unbelievable that the same girl repeatedly lied to me and would let me leave the store, knowing that there would be no change.
Well Megan Roque, you're the manager, what are you going to do about this? Are you going to compensate me for the wasted gasoline? Or my wasted time and effort? What about the daily headaches and severe eye strain this caused me?
