My personal Horrible experience
Would never recommend this Firm , came for first appointment in order to get the information about the sponsorship program ( to know the time frame of this procedure , Cost and info about documents that i need to supply) spoke with Veronika Barbakadze for about 15min and she send me an invoice for 300$ for " consultation " . No one notify me that my first appointment ( sponsorship inquiry - 15 min talk) will cost 300$ , i never sigh any form and i told Veronika Barbakadze that i need 1 week in order to make decision if to start the sponsorship procedure with her or not . when i called and said : i decide to go with different Firm she send me this invoice . And main reason why i didn't go with her proposal because she want the FULL payment upfront and not like in normal Firm half at the start of the process and half when file is open or approved . From my personal experience i advise not to deal with that Firm , save your money and look elsewhere if you don't want to be Scammed !

Hello Pavel, I could only assume that you would have some decency of honoring an invoice for which you have received well over an hour of a consultation and many more hours of telephone, email and text consultations throughout the year which we have well documented. I would also highly appreciate if you stop spreading lies with regards to your experience due to the fact that everything written above is a false recollection of the events. Moreover you were provided with an official contract that stated that half of the retainer is due upon signing and the other half upon the final submission of the application. On a separate note I hope that you understand that taking advantage of someone’s time and proprietary knowledge to your benefit without remuneration is a theft and defamation of someones character is libel.

Owner of Estate Renovations ( small business one owner ) is Adi ( Vadim ) Hanucaiev , he is a SCAMMER that will take your money with upfront payment and will not finish the job - save your money and look for some reliable contractor . there is at least 3 people that got hurt from this SCAMMER , He wear religious clothing in order to do honest impression but under those clothing a real THIEF !!! Be Aware !!!
