Not to take shots at the individuals who work for Wal-Mart, but the level of customer service has decreased dramatically over the years. Tough to find help when needed, long lines at cash register, available personal not equipped to help and managers appearing either preoccupied or apathetic to customers plight. Yesterday, I spent over 20 minutes in a line (with two small children) that was over 8 people deep. Only one cash register was open and calls for addition staff went unanswer for at least 15 minutes. Not the customer service tooted about in their ads.
