Do NOT go to this store!
I purchased my mother of the bride dress in April. The wedding was in September. I had told them that I had lost 57 pounds and I was still working on losing more weight. They didn't measure me and ordered a dress that was way too big. They altered it for me twice and then charged me $250 for the alterations even though they ordered the dress too big. So, I pick up the dress 2 weeks before the wedding and when i tried it on, i told them i felt it was still too big around the bust area. They said it was fine and that it was supposed to be that way. I took the dress home.... A week before the wedding, i decided to try the dress on again and show my husband because he had not seen it yet. I noticed that a pin was left inside the strap area so I pulled it out and the strap came apart!!! I went the following day and showed them... Not only did they mess up the dress and the alterations, the owner started yelling at me because I was telling my friend that it was too big!!! She was yelling at me, the customer. She said I need to wear the right bra so off i went to buy another bra and sure enough, it was still big. This owner has absolutely no class! Yelling at a customer who just spent $1200.00 on a dress??? Really??? Also, I found out that someone I knew went to the store before i picked it up and asked if she could see my dress and they showed it to her!! I had specifically asked them not to show anyone that dress if someone came in asking. This place has left a bad taste in my mouth and i will never ever go there again.
