I've been renting a unit at the south-side Sentinel Storage and dealing with a lovely lady named Maria. When I first rented the unit, I didn't realize rent was not on a month by month basis but rather payment was due on the date the contract was signed (eg 26th instead of end of the month).. Consequently, a service charge had been applied for "late payment" after the first rental month. I was surprised but nevertheless, good learning lesson. This past month, Maria took the time and effort to call and inform me that payment was due that day, thus saving me a $21 late charge. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and kindness. Good lady!
