I have had my carpets cleaned by Sears in the past and I can say without hesitation it was night and day. After having the expertise shown by Enviropure, the Sears crew looked like a band of baboons.
I had stains that were not removed by previous cleaning come out, granted the team of gentlemen that came in from Enviropure took almost twice as long, they moved furniture and put it back and they still were roughly the same price.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends or family. Which is why I give them 5 stars
