I called 12 contractors to start getting estimates and Rob was the only one who answered and followed through. Not one other contractor answered. Two called me back. One gave me a loose high estimate and when I asked for a breakdown he never called me back. The only other person who showed interest in the job seemed like a flake. Rob showed up with a structural engineer and was very sure of himself. I was having a 20 by 24 foot room added the rear lower level of my house. We were also having the Kitchen torn out and remodeled. Rob had the excavation done between Christmas and New year’s. Then started the framing right after new year’s. Rob and his crew Grady and Ramone were not only great workers but were enjoyable to have around to harass. After they got started they worked straight through for around 5 or 6 weeks without any days off. The rough in was completed in record time. Rob's scheduling of the sub contractors was amazing he had people all over the place and it was very organized. All the inspections passed and were in our new addition and loving it. The kitchen is awesome and we love our new living room too. I was so glad that it wasn't the kind of experience I heard about through the years where you have to call the contractor to see where they are every day.
