Purchased a Dell laptop in December 2015 and started having problems in Feb 2016. Started chatting with Dell tech support February 22, 2016 and to this day still having trouble. Main board was replaced, DC input port was replaced, hard drive was replace (anything left?) . Last month they finally said they would replace the computer, now May 16, 2016 and of course no replacement. Never ever purchase a Dell product. The worst customer service i have ever seen.

I would say to do same like what ATHANATT has done and got the resolution. File a consumer complaint. I have done it as well but its in review with Ministry as I just did it today.
