Stay Far Away
I asked this company owner to sign off on my safety manual requiring him to provide his license, insurance, WSIB e-clearance and other documentation required by the Ministry in compliance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act. He signed off but could not provide a stitch of documentation. He tried to show up on my site to start work but neither him or any one of his labors was wearing or had any PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), in fact these bone heads showed up with aluminum ladders. WOW!!!! Needles to say they could not work on our site so we booted them off, for their own protection our protection and the clients interest. Unfortunately and to my shock the client asked us to shut down for a week so this "electrician" could come in and complete the work he estimated. Soon after that I received a threatening call from him, angry because I was trying to expose him.
Do not let this companies pricing fool you, there is a reason they can keep there prices rock bottom.
I will give them a half star for being nice on the phone in our original conversation.
