BEWARE this rug dealer. They'll mistreat you. Bought rugs from them that I later found online much cheaper. Plus I suspect their merchandise gave us a wool moth infestation. When we asked them to clean our rugs and store them while we went on honeymoon, we were told storage would be no problem. But then the owner kept calling us while we were in France, belligerently demanding we claim them or find someone to store them. He was bullying and abusive to my wife, moving her to tears and ruining her trip. Her honeymoon! She explained to him the ongoing infestation problem to him, and he said he'd wrap the rugs for us to keep the bugs away. Instead of returning from our honeymoon happy, we came back to this ugly situation of having to hurriedly clean our entire house to avoid reinfesting our rugs. Then his people delivered the rugs completely unwrapped. When we sent them back to be properly sealed, they did a shoddy job, wrapping the rugs in plastic filled with holes. No wonder this shop is going out of business!
