We were almost a week late on the rent (each of us thought the other had paid it - silly, I know, but these things do happen) and we got a notice of their intent to evict us in the mail. Lovely people! Really? Not even a warning first? We have lived in this building for well over a decade, that is a nice way to treat long-term tenants. What a way to do business. This building has and will continue to go downhill with these acknowledged slumlords as the "management". Stay far, far away from Metcap.
