They pulled the post out during a root canal/crown procedure, twice! Both times it was because of the wrong glue being used on the temporary. The last time I went in to get work done, holding my tooth in my hand because the crown had fallen out, again, they said it required a bone graft and wanted $5000 more. It had already cost $3000 for the root canal and two previous crowns.
I still have a gap because I no longer have a decent dental plan.
