I agree with the earlier comment about the staff rudeness at the John St. Fabricland location in Mississauga.
I've been there a total of 3 times and have encountered terrible service. Oddly enough, the staff was basically the same people each time I've gone.
I'm new to sewing so I'm not familiar with terms, how fabric is sold (what length, etc.) and general sewing jargon. You'd think they'd be helpful to encourage buyers to come back and buy more, but no, they are the snippiest biddies on earth!!!
By no means was I rude to them during each visit but they have been condescending and rude each time. Terrible service! Never returning again!!!!
