Pathetic Excuse
I had the worse experience of my life. I had purchased some back splash and after I paid for it and went to go pick it up it was the wrong one! This idiot Nancy said it was my fault, even though she entered the wrong item into the system.
I demanded to speak to a manager, and out comes this uneducated and unclassy women Sheila! Who clearly does not understand whats happening and all she can say was uh huh uh huh as if she is not listening.
I think this company needs to pick managment a little bit better, because you have this 2 foot nothing women with her sqeakey voice who clearly cant speak or understand english properly responding with uh huh uh huh which was driving me nuts.
In future spend the extra buck or 2 and get the service you all deserve!
I will never go back there again!!!!!

I am glad that we did are homework as we are currently
breaking ground for our new home and some of our friends had recommended this establishment, when we
asked our builder about the Tile Shoppe, he told us
to see the negative reviews on the internet, and that his past experience with this place was NOT pleasant & has reputation for selling inferior quality materials, especially from Turkey and China.
Thanks again everyone for your insightful reviews, you have made our decision to stay away from this place.

Agreed, they definitely need to do something about management! It is just awful!
People are the lifeline of the business! Treat your customers with care and respect!
